Location:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience with RPA
- Experience with Automation tools such as UiPath, WinAutomation, Excel VBA, Python
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and listening skills
- Ability to provide on-call coverage on nights and weekends, as needed during Tax busy season
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, and willingness to work hours as needed to meet business and client deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple client activities and meet with tight deadlines.
- Work with Tax business and technology teams on Intelligent Automation solutions
- Monitor the various Bots running in production
- Maintain and support Bots, making updates and fixes as necessary
- Effectively communicate with end users
- Provide level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting for Application and Bot errors
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues by leveraging various tools such as UiPath Orchestrator, Splunk, Diagnostic dashboards and Virtual Desktops
- Analyze and provide feedback on the patterns of Bot Errors for continuous improvement
- Escalate issues based on pre-determined protocols to the appropriate personnel such as Bot developers or Tax business professionals
