KPMG Hiring for RPA UiPath Support


  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience with RPA 
  • Experience with Automation tools such as UiPath, WinAutomation, Excel VBA, Python
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), and listening skills 
  • Ability to provide on-call coverage on nights and weekends, as needed during Tax busy season
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, and willingness to work hours as needed to meet business and client deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple client activities and meet with tight deadlines.
  • Work with Tax business and technology teams on Intelligent Automation solutions 
  • Monitor the various Bots running in production
  • Maintain and support Bots, making updates and fixes as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with end users 
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting for Application and Bot errors
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues by leveraging various tools such as UiPath Orchestrator, Splunk, Diagnostic dashboards and Virtual Desktops
  • Analyze and provide feedback on the patterns of Bot Errors for continuous improvement
  • Escalate issues based on pre-determined protocols to the appropriate personnel such as Bot developers or Tax business professionals
