- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering RPA Projects
- Rich experience in developing Bots and Metabots using Automation Anywhere
- Good understanding on migration planning and execution
- Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in in a team environment by using knowledge on process workflow while keeping abreast of all assigned issues
- Well versed with agile methodologies, Git-flow processes and source control
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive problem solving and analytical skills around – objects using workflow principles, solving day to day technical issues arising while running bots, Managing version control and bot log aggregation.
- Good team worker with leading and presentation skills and willingness to learn
- Can develop creative solutions to complex problems
